Cashout reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via your registered email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

To open an account on Cashout, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Each individual may operate one account only.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be completely accurate and truthful.
• Opening an account under someone else's identity or on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Multiple members of the same household may hold separate accounts, but if playing from the same device, both accounts must be verified.

After registration, we may ask you to complete an identity verification (KYC) process. KYC typically requires a copy of your national ID or passport along with a recent selfie.

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on Cashout:

Withdrawal requests are generally processed via the same method used for the deposit. To withdraw through a different method, please contact support — additional verification may be required.

Cashout reserves the right to pause and investigate any suspicious financial activity. If money laundering or fraud is suspected, the account will be suspended immediately and the relevant authorities will be notified.

Accepting any bonus from Cashout means the following general terms apply. Individual offers may also carry their own specific terms, which are listed on the promotions page.

• Wagering: A specified amount must be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Typically, a wager of 20–30 times the deposit plus bonus amount is required.
• Duration: Bonuses must generally be used within 30 days. Any remaining bonus balance will be automatically forfeited once the expiry period has passed.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses can only be used on specific games or game categories. See the promotions page for full details.
• One Bonus, One Time: Each member is eligible to claim the same type of bonus only once. Any attempt to claim the same bonus across multiple accounts from the same household, device, or IP address will result in all associated accounts being suspended.
• Maximum Bet Limit: When wagering from a bonus balance, a maximum of ৳500 or 10% of the bonus amount per bet applies — whichever is lower.

Cashout has specific rules governing Sports Betting and casino gaming:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical issue, the bet will be voided and your stake will be refunded.
• In Sports Betting, a bet may be declared "void" if no official result is announced before the match begins.
• Cashout's odds are set competitively against the market and are subject to change at any time.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Cashout reserves the right to void the result of that bet.

There may be a slight delay in bet acceptance during live betting, as the system updates odds in real time. If a bet is cancelled due to this delay, the stake will be refunded.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Cashout and will result in permanent account closure:

If your account is closed, you may request a refund of any legitimate personal funds (excluding bonuses) remaining in your balance. However, if fraud is proven, the entire balance may be forfeited.

Cashout believes gaming should be purely for entertainment. We actively work against problem gambling and offer the following tools to support our players:

• Deposit Limits: Option to set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Cooling-Off Period: Option to take a temporary break ranging from 24 hours up to 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: A permanent self-exclusion option that takes effect immediately upon request.

If you wish to close your account for any reason, contact support or select Self-Exclusion from your settings. Make sure to withdraw any available balance before closing your account.

• If you close your account voluntarily, any valid balance will be returned to you.
• Closures due to rule violations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
• Bonus balances can never be cashed out.
• Inactive accounts (no transactions for 12 months) may be charged an administration fee of up to ৳50 per month.

2. Our team will provide a written response within 7 business days.
3. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may file a formal complaint within 30 days.
4. If a dispute remains unresolved after 30 days, you may seek assistance from an independent dispute resolution body.

Complaints can be submitted in English or Bengali. We take every complaint seriously.

Cashout is not responsible for the following:

• Loss of a bet or game session due to internet disconnection.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers.
• Technical issues with your device or browser.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, regulatory action).

However, if a loss occurs due to a technical fault on the platform's end, Cashout is obligated to provide reasonable compensation.
